All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Customized/personalized products may take an additional 1–4 business days depending on the design complexity.
Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
2. Shipping Time
Delivery time depends on your location:
Standard Delivery (India): 4–8 business days
Remote or rural areas: 7–12 business days
These timelines may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.
Free shipping may be available during special offers or promotions.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
A tracking number
A tracking link via Email/WhatsApp/SMS
Tracking updates may take 12–24 hours to reflect.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries if:
The address provided is incorrect or incomplete
The customer is unavailable during delivery
The courier cannot reach the provided phone number
Reshipping charges will apply if the order returns to us due to such issues.
6. Delivery Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to:
Weather conditions
Festivals or public holidays
Logistic issues or courier network delays
Service restrictions in certain regions
These circumstances are beyond our control.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery time or expected delivery.
Provide an unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims)
Provide photos of the damaged product and outer packaging
We will resolve the issue with either a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.
8. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
We ship only within India.
