Return & Refund Policy

At Blessings Gifts, every product is specially customized and handcrafted according to your selected name, photo, text, or design. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges without a valid reason.

Returns Eligibility

Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

  • You receive a damaged product

  • You receive the wrong product

  • The product has a major manufacturing defect

  • The customization delivered is different from the details shared by you

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

  • Personalized/customized products

  • Change of mind after order placement

  • Minor color variations due to screen settings

  • Incorrect customization details provided by the customer

  • Delay caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances

Damaged or Wrong Product Claims

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  2. Share:

    • Order number

    • Clear unboxing video

    • Product photos

  3. Our team will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution

Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery orders, bank details may be required for refund processing.

Replacement Policy

Approved replacements will be shipped at no additional cost.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before customization work has started. Once production begins, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
