Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
You received a wrong product
The product was damaged during transit
The product has a manufacturing defect
Note:
Most of our products are customized/personalized, therefore they are NOT eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
2. Return Request Time Window
You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, you must provide:
Order ID
Clear product images
Mandatory unboxing video showing the damage/issue
Requests without an unboxing video cannot be accepted for safety and verification reasons.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Customized or personalized gifts
Engraved / photo-printed items
Products purchased during sale or clearance
Digital or downloadable items
Gifts damaged due to customer mishandling
4. Refund Conditions
Refund is approved only if:
Your return request is validated
The issue is verified
The product is unused and in original packaging (if applicable)
Refund Modes:
Refund to original payment method (takes 5–7 business days)
OR store credit/coupon (if customer prefers)
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Replacement Policy
If the product is defective or damaged:
We will send a free replacement
Or issue a refund, based on availability and customer preference
Replacement is shipped after verification of your submitted photos/video.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
Customized/personalized orders cannot be cancelled once processing begins.
7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
If an order is returned due to:
Wrong/incomplete address
Customer not available
Phone number not reachable
Reshipping charges will apply. Refund is not applicable for these cases.
